How To Brew The Perfect Good Tasting Cup

Through the ages, making a cup of wonderfully blended coffee remained a simple, hassle free process. Making the perfect cup started out by infusing hot water and coffee together in a lid covered pot or pan. Afterwards, people started to brew coffee by adding the ground beans on boiling water until the smell is right and it’s time to decant the suspension.

The first advancement in brewing coffee is drip brewing. The process of drip brewing is spraying hot water on top of the beans, letting the water drip down the beans, out of the chamber on onto a pot.

After drip brewing, Napier came about with vacuum brewing. The mechanism has two chambers. The lower chamber contains the water, the second then has the coffee. As the device is heated, the water expands and goes up the second chamber. The brewing then begins and once done, heat is removed letting the coffee drip back into the original chamber.

By 1865, James Nason came about with the percolator. The concept is simple, again by needing to bring the water into a boil. Once the water expands, it goes up the tube and onto the chamber with the freshly ground coffee. As the brewing commences, the brewed water drips back down, heated, and then back up to the coffee chamber.

Right now, we have the electric drip coffee maker. By far this is the most popular type of coffeemaker and every household has it. Same thing as before, water is heated, goes up a tube, sprayed onto a coffee bean chamber, and left to drip onto a pot.

For espresso shots, the drip coffee maker is not enough. And we need espresso machines to make them. These machines use pressure to make the shots. These concentrated coffee solutions are then used to make gourmet coffee. Other espresso machines have embedded foaming devices for milk and creamer.

If you want the best brands and best quality, look for Italian coffee maker brands and Italian espresso maker or Italian espresso machines brands. They are among the best and can help you make that perfect cup at home.
